what grows through me
Through analogue processes and self-portraiture, I explore the boundary between the human
body and the natural world. My work examines what it means to be exposed—to exist
vulnerably within a landscape that both holds and overwhelms. In allowing discomfort and
surrender to take shape in front of the lens, I discover moments of growth, softness, and
belonging.
Each image analyses my connection to my surroundings, where the body, often powerless, finds
space to exist as part of something larger. This process invites reflection on how we root
ourselves in the world, and what emerges when we stop resisting it
