I am a photographer currently studying at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I explore a variety of themes and techniques. I strive to connect psychological research with fine art, creating a unique and personal approach. I often take portraits of people close to me, such as family members and friends, to establish personal connections with my subjects. I often adopt an analogue process as it slows me down and allows me to be more present with my sitters to enable a more intimate image. However I also enjoy studio photography where I focus on colour and meticulous compositions. I love to incorporate my fine art background into my photography work, often by experimenting with mixed media.
